ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Thank you for purchasing The Bond Wand ("the Product"). We are confident in the quality and performance of our product, and stand behind it with this one-year product warranty ("the Warranty").
Warranty Coverage:
The Bond Wand warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Product under normal use and service, The Bond Wand will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product or its components.
Exclusions:
This Warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
- Improper use, mishandling, or negligence.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Accidents, fire, water, or other natural disasters.
- Normal wear and tear.
Obtaining Warranty Service:
If you believe that your Product is defective and eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:

- Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date, order number, and location.
- Follow any instructions provided by our Customer Support team regarding the return or repair of the Product.
- Please note that all shipping costs associated with returning the Product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
Limitations of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, The Bond Wand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Product or this Warranty, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
This Warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.
Governing Law:
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Product.
